Our team
At Colvant we have a team with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Its members have built their careers in private equity firms, consultancies and investment banks, which has allowed them to know the market from every angle: that of the buyer, the seller and the lender. That all-round perspective enables us to structure every transaction with sound judgement and to genuinely understand each client’s needs.
Jacobo Díaz de Bustamante
Partner
He was previously Investment Director at FS Capital / Izilend, where he invested a total of €800 million in real estate projects through debt in Spain and Portugal. Before that he worked at Glove Invest – Iberia, where he took part in the acquisition of a €200 million portfolio of residential and tourism assets. Earlier in his career he worked at Lemon Promociones, in Mexico and Spain, within the business development department, investing more than €120 million in residential development.
Jacobo holds an honours degree in Business Administration from Dublin Business School. During his university years he interned at GBM and Banco Santander, and was an analyst at Magallanes Value Investors.
Gerardo Cinelli
Director de inversiones
Anteriormente fue Asociado senior en FS Capital / Izilend, donde participó en la inversión de 800 millones de euros en proyectos inmobiliarios vía deuda en España y Portugal. Fue Analista de banca de inversión en Alantra Corporate Finance, participando en distintas operaciones en el sector inmobiliario (M&A and debt advisory).
Previamente formó parte de equipos de asesoramiento financiero en Altum Faithful Investing, Grant Thornton y Squire Patton Boggs.
Gerardo tiene un doble grado en ADE y Derecho por la Universidad Francisco de Vitoria de Madrid.
